Ear Nose and Throat Diseases Specialist, Op. Dr. İlhan ARSLAN was born in 1950 in Palu. He graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 1974. He completed his specialty education in Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune EAH, Department of Ear Nose and Throat Diseases in 1983. He continues his professional life at Private Ümran Medical Center.
