What is Child Health and Diseases?
Pediatrics is a branch of medicine that deals with infant, adolescent and pediatric diseases. It carries out the diagnosis, follow-up and treatment of all individuals involved in the process from the neonatal period to adolescence. Memorial Health Group Pediatrics and Health departments; Although the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of pediatric diseases of infants, children and adolescents are carried out in a multidisciplinary manner by Pediatric Specialists, namely Pediatrics Specialists, Memorial Pediatrics Practices set an example for many centers in our country and around the world. Families and children are supported by pediatricians in terms of current pediatrics, social pediatrics, general pediatrics, and developmental pediatrics at all locations within the Memorial Health Group. There are also pediatric nursing and baby care nursing services in the department. The department carries out studies at the level of a pediatric academy by following the current developments in the world of pediatrics.
In our unit, outpatient services are successfully carried out for all kinds of health problems related to childhood.
Children between the ages of 0-14 are treated in the pediatrics department. Diagnosis and treatment of diseases in children in this age group are carried out.
All pediatric diseases are diagnosed and treated in our clinic, which provides service with the technological support of the Ümran Medical Center emergency radiology units.
